Vegetable Au Gratin’

Blanch cauliflower, carrots & peas for 1-2 min and drain immediately now shift these veggies in cold water. In a pan heat a tbsp of butter and olive oil add garlic sauté for a min then add all three bell peppers, Italian herb mix, chilly flakes, salt, black pepper powder and stir it till its flavored blend and leave a beautiful aroma. Now also add blanched veggies in it and again give it a stir n mix well for a min more n remove it from the gas. Place these veggie mix in a baking bowl evenly and pour white sauce on it (add chopped parsley n some cheese in sauce it gives extra flavor to ur dish). Now top it with mozzarella and cheddar cheese and place it in pre-heated oven on 220 degree Celsius for 20 mins. If u don't find that brown colour on ur baked cheese then let it bake for 2-3 mins more.


1 cup florets of Cauliflower
1/2 cup chopped Carrot
1/2 cup Green peas
few Bell peppers(red yellow & green)
1 tbsp chopped garlic
( you can add broccoli, mushrooms, corn, potatoes as per your choice)
1 cup of white sauce
some mozzarella & cheddar cheese
olive oil
black pepper powder
dry Italian herb mix
chilly flakes




Cut it

Cut the salmon width-wise into 4 pieces; Place in a foil-lined(release foil works great) 15x10x1-inch pan.

Boil it

Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar, soy sauce, mustard and vinegar; bring to a boil.

Fry it

Brush evenly over salmon; broil 6-inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
